We design and fabricate our bases with solid steel construction that is built to withstand the daily abuse of a busy laundry environment. We do our best to make every base we ship out meets or exceeds the machine manufacturer's standards to help ensure machine longevity and smooth operation when installed correctly.
Over time, even the best powder coating may scratch or chip, allowing moisture and other contaminants to eat away at the base in areas you may not even see. With this factor in mind, for the last 20 years, we have chosen to paint our bases. Unlike powder coating, paint bonds to the base's steel surface, creating a protective barrier that won't peel off even if scratched. Over time, this can help protect the steel from rusting and any other potential environmental damage for years to come.
Installers know every job is faced with its own set of challenges, and sometimes, that's installing around existing infrastructure. Existing cement slabs, drains, drain troughs, awkward spacing requirements, and much more can pose issues standard bases can't workaround. As all of our bases are built to order, we can work with you to find the best base configuration for your install.
Typically, all of our bases are painted a gloss black; however, we can make them just about any color you need! As the paint we use comes in a white base, we can tint the paint to match store & branding requirements.
Most of the shipments we send out we ship via Less-Than-Truckload. We work with multiple brokers to get you the most competitive price with the best and fastest carrier specific to your location and order. Our LTL carriers also offer liftgate, delivery appointments, and more, allowing you to arrange shipment straight to your customer.
When a shipment needs a guarantee, or the order is too large for an LTL shipment, we have an extensive network of Full Truckload carriers. Full truckload shipments usually cost more than standard LTL shipments but can provide same or next day delivery to many areas here on the west coast.
